Return & Exchange Overview:

  • Our return and exchange policies last 30 days from the date you receive the item. 
  • If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • The Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • If you are returning an item due to damaged suffered during transit, manufacturer's defect, or if you have received the wrong item(s), the seller will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Full or partial refunds will be given upon receipt and inspection of the items.
  • We will exchange any item that is damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong item(s).
  • The seller will be responsible for exchange shipping costs.
  • If the replacement item is in stock, a shipment will be sent out within 2 business days of exchange approval.


Detailed Return Policy:

  • If you checked out as a guest, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return request. This can be your email confirmation and/or your packing slip.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. A refund will not be given if an item is not returned to the seller.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned beyond 15 days after a return request has been approved.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Additional non-returnable items:
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Health and personal care items
  • To avoid damage during the return shipment, we advise the buyers to pack the items with enough protection in a sturdy box. Use a reputable shipping method (USPS, FedEx, UPS) with tracking number as proof of shipment.


Detailed Exchange Policy:

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you have received a wrong item.
  • We do not exchange items due to buyer's remorse.
  • An exchange will be done via cross-shipping at the seller's expense. A return shipping label will be sent to buyer via email to print out.
  • If the replacement item is in stock, the shipment will be shipped out within 2 business days after we approved the exchange.


Detailed Refund Policy:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, Paypal, or original method of payment within 1 business day.
  • If the returned item is not in its original, unused condition, or if the item is incomplete, a partial refund will be given.
  • The partial refund amount will be determined by the seller depending on the condition of the items returned. To avoid given partial refund, please pack and ship the item well protected and use a shipping method that is trackable (i.e. USPS, FedEx, UPS).
  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your Paypal, credit card, and/or bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. This can take up to 5 business days from the date the refund has been issued.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you have done all of these steps and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@blashful.com.


Returns Regarding Gifts:

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will find out about your return.


Shipping Instruction:

  • To return your product, please mail the product to: Blashful LLC, P.O. Box 1598, Los Alamitos, California 90720 USA
  • Packing the item with protection will greatly reduce the chance of damage during transit. Please view our packing page for examples on how we pack and protect our items for shipment.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs for returning items not due to seller's error.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.
  • If you are provided with a prepaid shipping label via email, print the label out and adhere to the outside of the box and drop it off at the appropriate shipping provider's location (FedEX Office, UPS Store, US Post Office).
