Q: Do you post 'print placement' for your items?

A: Yes, our print placement service has evolved around our buyers. We now take photos for many print placement viable items such as diaper bags, handbags, accessories, etc. To view the print placement photos, simply browse our store and select items that have viable print placement to view exactly what you will be purchasing. No more crossing your fingers on a random prints!


Q: The item I want is not in stock. How do I find out when it will be in stock again?

A: You can email us to inquire a specific item's inventory status and we are more than happy to let you know an estimated date we will expect to receive more stock.


Q: What are the benefits of creating a log-in account with Blashful?

A: Creating a log-in account with us is optional but it allows you to view your order history. 

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping service?

A: Sorry, at this time we are not offering gift wrap service. If you need your purchase to be gift wrapped, please contact us via the 'note to seller' box during checkout, via Facebook, or email us at cs@blashful.com and we will gift wrap your purchase free of charge.

Q: How do I cancel an order I have just placed?

A: Please email us at cs@blashful.com with your name and order number (if applicable) if you would like to cancel an order that has not been shipped yet. If your item has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.

Q: I live in California and I got charged tax. Why?

A: Our office and warehouse is located in Southern California. Any California buyer will be charged 7.5% tax on all purchases. The tax will be applied to the items. We do not charge tax on shipping cost.

Q: I live in California but the ship-to address is out of state. Do I still need to pay tax?

A: We charge tax based on the payee's home state. So if you live in CA but shipping the item to NY, you will still be charged the applicable tax of 7.5%.


Q: I selected standard shipping, but it has been 7 days and I still have not received my item. What is going on and how do I check the tracking information?

A: We use USPS Media Mail, USPS First Class, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground for most standard shipping options, depending on the item you purchased. It may take up to 9 business days for your item to arrive if the shipping address is on the east coast. To track your package's whereabouts, we have included the tracking number in the shipping email we dispatched to you when your shipping information is sent to the carrier. In any case, you can also email us and we are more than happy to provide you with the tracking number again as well as the status of the item.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

A: Yes we do ship outside of the USA. However, due to high international shipping cost, we have no choice but to tag on an unreasonable $60 USD to have your items shipped. Alternatively, we also ship internationally via our eBay store at stores.ebay.com/Blashful in which the international shipping cost may be lower. Many items are available in our eBay store as well. You can view the shipping charge to your respective country under each item listing on eBay.

Q: Do you ship to a forwarding agent and/or freight forwarding company located in the USA?

A: Yes we have shipped many items to freight forwarding companies located in the USA that forward your item to countries such as Singapore, Brazil, Malaysia, etc. We treat those purchases as domestic shipping (within the USA) so that means free shipping applies to your purchases.

Q: Do you ship to APO or FPO addresses?

A: Orders shipping to a military address can only be shipped via USPS service. Enter the recipient’s full name and address as usual and in the State drop down menu, choose either: Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe or Armed Forces Pacific.


Q: Do you store my credit card and personal information?

A: We do not store any credit card or personal information on our website. We use 3rd party payment processing companies (Shopify, Paypal, Google Wallet, etc) to process each order. These are extremely reputable companies that provide highly secured payment processing service to ensure your information is not shared or stolen.

Q: I bought an item from you 6 months ago, but it malfunctioned or broke. What do I do?

Q: I received an item from your store as a gift, may I return it?

A: If you received an item that was purchased directly from our store, we will be more than happy to exchange it for the same or a similar item. Please visit our Return and Exchange page for more information.
